Booking Terms

Vaarinkallio follows the terms below for bookings and cancellations.
The terms are binding for both parties once the customer has paid the booking in full.

Booking and Payment
An invoice will be sent by email. The booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid by the due date.

Cancellations
The booking must be cancelled in writing, either by email or by letter. The cancellation is confirmed once Vaarinkallio has received notice of the cancellation. A prepayment of €200 will be withheld. If the cancellation is made 0–30 days before the rental period, the full rental amount will be charged. Vaarinkallio reserves the right to cancel the booking in the case of force majeure. In such a case, Vaarinkallio must immediately inform the renter. The renter then has the right to receive a full refund of the rental payment. The owner of the villa is not obliged to compensate for any other possible damages or costs incurred.

Keys – Handover and Return
The door locks operate with a key. Instructions for obtaining the key will be provided separately.

Stay at the Property
The accommodation is available to the customer from 16:00 on the arrival day until 12:00 on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed. During the stay, the customer is responsible for the general cleanliness of the property. Any extra cleaning will be charged according to the costs incurred.

Prohibitions at the Property
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on the property. In case of violation, compensation may be charged for airing, cleaning, and other related costs. The minimum charge is €200. Vaarinkallio reserves the right to terminate the booking due to disruptive behavior if, despite warnings, the customer continues to cause danger or disturbance at the property or in its surroundings.

Number of Guests
Overnight stays at Vaarinkallio are only allowed for the number of persons agreed in the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Compensation for Damages
The renter is obliged to compensate for any damages caused to the property or its furnishings according to the costs incurred.

Complaints
Any remarks or complaints regarding the equipment or condition of the property must be reported immediately to Vaarinkallio. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms. We are not responsible for any errors in brochures or material published on the website.
